Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining balance payable 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.

• 14–30 days before arrival: The 50% deposit is non-refundable.

• Less than 14 days before arrival: No refund will be provided.

• Bookings made within 14 days of arrival: Full payment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

All cancellation terms are subject to applicable New Zealand consumer protection laws.
